On-Site Assessment

A Construction Manager visits your project site to assess existing conditions, take precise measurements, and identify potential challenges or opportunities. This on-site review ensures accurate recommendations and helps prevent unexpected issues later. During this visit, the Construction Manager also evaluates the feasibility of your ideas from a builder’s perspective, highlighting key structural considerations early in the process to keep your project realistic, safe, and well-planned.

Scope & Solutions Consultation

During the Scope & Solutions Consultation, we work closely with you to clearly define the project scope and explore creative, practical approaches to any challenges identified. Your Construction Manager helps refine your goals, align priorities, and develop thoughtful solutions that support your timeline and budget. This collaborative step ensures your project moves forward with a well-structured, realistic plan tailored to your vision.

Continued Project Oversite

As part of our continued project oversight, we outline the recommended sequence of work and keep all moving parts coordinated from start to finish. When needed, we provide trusted referrals and collaborate closely with the Harbor Interior Design team to ensure that every construction detail aligns seamlessly with your finalized design vision. This ongoing guidance helps maintain clarity, consistency, and momentum throughout the entire project.
